Build the right setlist for every show.
GigSettler helps bands manage and build their setlists — balancing timing, song selection and singers while making it easy to adapt to the specific needs of each show. When it's showtime, there's no need to run GigSettler on stage. Simply print the setlist or display the PDF on screen. GigSettler is built to stay off stage.
No credit card required · €3/month per band after the trial
Stop puzzling over your setlists. Start playing them.
Stop juggling spreadsheets, Word documents and WhatsApp messages to figure out which songs fit the specific needs of a gig.
Not all shows are the same, neither are setlists. Maybe you have 90 minutes instead of two hours. Maybe one singer isn't there. Maybe the client requested a few songs. Maybe you need to reshuffle the sets.
GigSettler helps make those changes easy. Schedule the gig, start from scratch, a previous show or one of your templates, make the necessary adjustments, and generate the final PDF so everyone has the right setlist.
Get a show on the calendar in seconds
Name it, date it, done. Start from a blank slate, a saved template, or clone the setlist from a past gig so you're never starting from zero.
- Templates for your go-to setlist so recurring gigs take one click.
- Clone from a previous show when a new gig is basically the same set.
- Add as many sets as the gig needs — one show, multiple sets.
- Every show tracks its own date, sets, and running time automatically.
Drag, drop, and watch the clock do the math
Build each set from your full repertoire and GigSettler times it for you — song by song, set by set, and against the length of your slot.
- Running time per set, plus how much of your slot is left.
- Filter by category, singer, or songs that fit the time left in the set — so you're always picking from options that work.
- Reorder with drag-and-drop; totals update instantly.
Stuck on what to add? Ask AI.
Tell it the vibe you're missing — "high energy sing along," "slow jam" — and get suggestions pulled from what fits the gap left in your set, checked against your existing repertoire.
- Suggestions are tagged when they're already in your repertoire.
- Add a song to the set with one click, no retyping.
- You review and accept — nothing is added without you.
A setlist PDF built around how your band works
One click generates a stage-ready PDF — and you decide exactly what goes in it.
- Choose between a clean song list or a detailed sheet per song — with keys, chords, lyrics and personal notes.
- Every band member can get their own personalised PDF, transposed to their key and with their own notes.
- Dark mode for screens on stage — easy to read on a tablet in any lighting, no internet needed.
- Regenerate in seconds whenever the set changes.
